The Morningside Tennis Centre Hot Shots Leagues will be in full swing this Friday from 4.00pm to 6.00pm (Red Ball 4.00pm to 5.00pm). Last week was a grading session so we could get the competition format set and now we’re good to go and get our first season underway! Players can enter one of our Hot Shots Leagues at any stage however we recommend getting involved from the start if possible.
Hot Shots Leagues are the latest Tennis Australia initiative aimed at getting more players out on court playing matches in a fun, social environment. The leagues will be divided into Red, Orange & Green competitions with players getting a guaranteed 3 matches each week. The competition will be ran by our Head Coach Paul Gibson and coach Ken Barter who will give the kids tips on scoring, point play and much more.
