Notification of Nominations for Membership to QCLTA Management Committee for the Annual General Meeting of the QCLTA
Dear Member,
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for all members of the Queensland Community Lawn Tennis Association (QCLTA) will be held:
Sunday 25 March 2018 – 11.00am
Morningside Tennis Centre 123 Beverley Street, Morningside
Two major outcomes will occur at the AGM, namely:
- The Executive reports on club activities for the 2017 year.
- The following positions are declared vacant: President and 5 committee member positions.
The following nominations have been received by the Secretary for the vacant positions to be filled at the upcoming AGM:
- Adrian Symons – nominated for President by Terry Carroll
- Noel Toscano – nominated for Committee member by Lois Palmer
- Dan Mollica – nominated for Committee member by Adrian Symons
- Graham Harrison – nominated for Committee member by Terry Carroll
- Doug Merritt – nominated for Committee member by Adrian Symons
- Darren Head – nominated for Committee member by Owen Morgan
After the AGM there will be a brief ceremony officiated by the Right Honourable Di Farmer MP to officially open the newly resurfaced courts.
In addition to the AGM, your committee have arranged the following activities free to members as a thank you for supporting your club and attending the AGM.
- Free social tennis will take place from 12.00.
- After the AGM there will be a free BBQ.
